Core Energy & Chi Kung
  Our unique Energy and Chi Kung practice come from an influence of Tibetan and Chinese monks practice that have been around for thousands of years. These set of energy exercises practiced daily by the monks to strengthen the body for meditation, self-healing and prevention of common illness. We also practice various strong energy cultivating techniques to increase vitality and Chi itself. This is an internal practice for the more mature students that are looking above and beyond the physical nature.

At the highest level of all martial arts training, one should begin the journey from within!
